The researcher suggests that institutions and work spaces of innovation would have diverse spatial conditions to cultivate many different kinds of minds. The researcher suggests that better understanding of how different brains function can enrich and enhance the uniqueness and individuality of the user, improve the work environments, and open unexpected paths to innovation.
