Lighting and Color for Hospital Design

Research conducted in healthcare facilities, as well as in airports and railway stations, indicates that color and control of lighting can influence the mood of people in locations where they may be prone to be anxious, disoriented or over-emotional. This article explains how color and lighting can be used to influence patient well-being in contemporary hospital design.
