building SMART alliance™ Interest Groups are ad-hoc groups of professionals from throughout the building industry— architects, engineers, building owners, contractors, facility managers, attorneys, real property owners, university faculty and students, and even first responders—who share an interest in exploiting technology to enhance quality and mprove efficiency in the built environment. These groups meet informally each month for the exclusive purpose of professional networking and knowledge sharing.
